Southern Pro Musica - Mozart, Weber and Haydn

Guildford’s outstanding professional chamber orchestra, Southern Pro Musica, is thrilled to be returning to Guildford’s Yvonne Arnaud Theatre with an inspiring programme of much-loved classical masterpieces. Brilliant clarinettist Marie Lloyd will perform with Southern Pro Musica, under the baton of the orchestra’s Artistic Director, Jonathan Willcocks.

Award-winning Marie has a wealth of experience: she has been a member of The Chamber Orchestra of Europe for 13 years, and has appeared as guest principal clarinet with numerous other orchestras including the BBC Symphony, London Symphony, Royal Philharmonic, City of Birmingham Symphony and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, as well as with many chamber ensembles.

Under Jonathan Willcocks’s inspired directorship, Southern Pro Musica has established an excellent reputation in the past 26 years as one of the South’s leading professional chamber orchestras. The critics have loved past Southern Pro Musica concerts and so will you.
