The award-winning London chamber choir Coro marks its 10th anniversary on 11th December at St. John's, Smith Square with a celebratory Christmas concert - which will include the world premiere of "Remember O Thou Man" by Richard Rodney Bennett, specially commissioned for the choir's anniversary.

Coro, and their conductor Mark Griffiths, will be joined by not one but two celebrity readers - firstly they are pleased to welcome back Penelope Wilton (recently seen in Downton Abbey, and general Coro supporter), and for the first time we are joined by Benedict Cumberbatch - last spotted presenting Have I Got News For You and before that in the BBC adaptation Sherlock.

Baritone Roland Wood will make a welcome re-appearance with the choir for Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on Christmas Carols, and Coro is also pleased to welcome back their founder conductor Susan Digby OBE who has kindly agreed to conduct them once again as part of the celebrations.
