The phenomenal John Wilson Orchestra return to the Harrogate Festival with a show celebrating two iconic musical partnerships of Rodgers and Hammerstein, and Rodgers and Hart. The John Wilson Orchestra will be joined by guest singers to perform a celebration of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s hit musical titles including Oklahoma, Carousel, South Pacific and the Sound of Music and hit titles from Richard Rodgers’s partnership with Lorenz Hart including the Lady is a Tramp. The John Wilson Orchestra has established an international reputation performing repertoire from the golden era of Hollywood, Broadway musicals and music for the big screen. The orchestra appears regularly at the BBC Proms, at international festivals and concert halls throughout the world and regularly broadcasts on television and radio.
