The concert, sponsored by Danish Women in London Association, will include Scandinavian music by Grieg, Alfvén and Lange-Müller together with music by Finzi, Rubbra and Barber. Arrangements by Salter of popular English, Danish and Swedish folk songs, and madrigals by Byrd, Tomkins and Greaves complete a delightful programme of music to celebrate midsummer.
