International prize winning pianist Aizhana Nurkenova will perform a captivating programme of Bach and Russian romantic composers. All ticket proceeds will go to fund training and qualification of medical specialists working with children with disabilities and special needs.

Hailed by International Piano Magazine as ‘exhilarating’ and ‘singing to heaven’, Kazakh-British pianist Aizhana Nurkenova is active in many concert venues around the world. She performed solo recitals in Italy, Germany, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Switzerland and the UK. Her chamber recital appearances include the Royal Festival Hall in London and the Juilliard School in New York City. She is a winner of national and international competitions and a recepient of the Hodgson Piano Fellowship from the Royal Academy of Music in London. Aizhana is also a talented composer. Her works have been performed in the UK, Kazakhstan, Italy, Australia and the US, recorded on CD and broadcast on radio and television.
