Note: Completed in January 1783 as a thanks offering after his marriage to Constanze Weber, this Mozart masterpiece is regarded by many as one of the three great mass settings written, the others being Bach's Mass in B minor and Beethoven's Missa Solemnis. For this performance, the choir will be joined by four excellent soloists and, for the first time with the choir, by the New London Soloists Orchestra comprising of some of London's most talented, young musicians.
